CopaGlow is currently available for preorder. This means your order is reserved now and will ship once our first batch of inventory arrives.
Preorder Shipping
CopaGlow orders are expected to begin shipping as soon as our first batch arrives. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that preorder items do not ship immediately. If your order includes a preorder item, your full order will ship once the preorder item is ready.
Domestic & International Shipping
We offer shipping within the United States and to select international destinations.
International shipping is currently available to:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
Once your order ships, delivery times will vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery service.
U.S. orders typically arrive within a few business days after shipment. International orders may take longer depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by the destination country.
These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
CopaGlow is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local import procedures.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your package has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. CopaGlow is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@copaglow.shop. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the nature of our product, CopaGlow items are considered personal-use beauty accessories. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or damaged-after-delivery products.
Preorder Cancellations
If you need to cancel your preorder, please contact us as soon as possible at support@copaglow.shop.
If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to assist you. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@copaglow.shop.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
We will review your request and do our best to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products without proof of purchase
- Final sale or promotional items, if marked as final sale
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside of CopaGlow's control.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier using your tracking number. You may also contact us at support@copaglow.shop, and we will do our best to help you locate the order.
